Ingredients:
• 4 Slices of Nature’s Dream Brown or White Bread
• 200g cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 Tomato, sliced
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Butter/margarine
Method:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a slice of bread, buttered on both sides.
- Add cheddar, followed by tomato slices, season with salt & pepper and then top with another buttered slice of bread.
- Once the cheese is starting to melt and the bread is golden brown, flip and let cook until well browned. Repeat for the other sandwich.
