Grilled Cheese & Tomato

Serves: 1-2

Preparation time: 10–15 minutes  

You won’t regret trying this melted cheese recipe! It might be quick and easy, mara izokushaya ding dong anytime! 😍🤞

Ingredients: 

• 4 Slices of Nature’s Dream Brown or White Bread

• 200g cheddar cheese, grated

• 1 Tomato, sliced

• Salt & pepper, to taste

• Butter/margarine 

Method:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a slice of bread, buttered on both sides. 
  2. Add cheddar, followed by tomato slices, season with salt & pepper and then top with another buttered slice of bread. 
  3. Once the cheese is starting to melt and the bread is golden brown, flip and let cook until well browned. Repeat for the other sandwich.
