Preparation time: 25–30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 15 slices Nature’s Dream White Bread
- 15 slices of ham
- 1 tub cream cheese
- ½ cup grated cheese
- melted butter, as needed
Method:
1. On a cutting board, cut the crust off each slice of bread and use a rolling pin to flatten each into a thin square.
2. Use a basting brush to brush the melted butter onto the rolled slices of bread. Turn the slice over so the buttered side is on the board. Place ham slices on top.
3. Add the cream cheese and grated cheese to a small mixing bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
4. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
5. Neatly roll up each of the filled slices of bread.
6. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and arrange the pinwheels in the pan. Toast for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute, or until evenly golden brown on the outside.
7. Serve the pinwheels and enjoy!
